The minimum hardware requirements for a company with around 500 employees would be a Pentium 4 with 512Mb RAM (memory) and a 40 Gb hard disk with any version of Windows (excluding Windows 95) installed.  The system was developed on Pentium 4 machines with 512Mb RAM running Windows 98, Windows ME and XP Professional using Microsoft NT networks and Novell Netware.  An Internet connection is required for downloading updates and a page printer, such as a laser printer, is needed.
